Delete your account

You can delete your Club26 account and all associated data at any time. This page describes both the in-app flow and how to request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.
Two ways to delete
You can either delete your account directly from the app (recommended) or send us an email. Both options remove the same data on the same timeline.
Delete from inside the app
1. Open Club26. 2. Tap your profile icon (top right). 3. Go to Settings → Account. 4. Tap "Delete my account". 5. Confirm with your password or biometric. Your account is queued for deletion immediately and removed within 30 days.
Delete by email
If you can't access the app, email privacy@club26.app from the address tied to your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We may ask one verification question to confirm it's you. We process the request within 30 days.
What we delete
• Your profile (name, email, avatar). • Your predictions and scores. • Your card collection. • Your group memberships and personal messages. • Your push notification tokens and device identifiers.
What we keep (and why)
We retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself (date, account ID hash) for up to 12 months to comply with legal obligations and to prevent abuse. Backups are rotated within 90 days; data may persist there until the rotation completes.
How long it takes
From the moment you confirm: your account is deactivated immediately, data is purged from primary systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
I only joined the waitlist — I don't have an account
Use the unsubscribe link in any Club26 email, or write to privacy@club26.app and we'll remove your email address from the waitlist.
